Are you looking for real support but feel unseen and unheard wherever you go? You're not alone. Here, you are heard – and you are at the center. Together, we explore pain and the menstrual cycle, identify patterns and triggers, and develop practical, everyday strategies and routines that enhance your quality of life and bring more ease into your day. We work with cycle-friendly, pelvic-focused movement, breathing and relaxation exercises, and short, realistic practice impulses – gentle and empowering, with no pressure to perform. This support is female-focused and informed by evidence – grounded in personal experience with endometriosis and a background in exercise science. 🌿 How to start: Free 30-minute online intro session We'll clarify your goals, the framework (online or in person in Würzburg), the best session length (60/75/90 minutes), and your next steps. Upon request, you’ll receive a mini practice plan and a simple structure for observing pain and cycle patterns.
