Service Description
Your weekly time-out – 75 minutes just for us women. This class is all about putting yourself at the center. It’s your space to step away from everyday demands and the constant care for others – and instead offer loving attention to your body and yourself. Each session follows a familiar, grounding structure: We begin with a short meditation to arrive and release the day. Then we flow through a series of dynamic yoga sequences, combining strength, flexibility, balance, and stability – all tailored to the needs of the female body, with options for both beginners and experienced practitioners. We close with a long, deep relaxation to fully calm the body and nervous system, giving space to let go and reset. This class is an invitation to practice self-care – to prioritize yourself, to feel and connect with your body, to build strength and resilience, and to reconnect with your inner power. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years – you are warmly welcome.
